2. From the primary menu, go to ENROLMENT LOGS, and from the drop-down menu, click View Enrolment Logs.
If there are entries, you will see them listed here.
3. Now to filter your results set the fields to your desire. Enrollment type is the type of action taken by your enrollment agent for the user (i.e, change of name, change of date of birth, card re-issuance, death, etc.). Set it accordingly.
4. Set the start date (when you want the search to start).
5. Set the end date (when you want the search to end.)
You can also search for a particular user’s profile and status using his/her tracking ID. Simply enter the tracking ID in the Tracking ID field. The results filter the entries for that specific tracking ID.
